DPDT System
The DPDT Online Portal offers a highly efficient and user-friendly system for trademark, patent, and design registration in Bangladesh. With its bilingual support in both English and Bangla, it ensures accessibility for a diverse range of users, making the registration process straightforward and inclusive. The portal's seamless interface allows individuals and businesses to easily apply for registration, track the status of their applications, and access all necessary forms and fee details without the need for physical visits to the office.
Apply for Registration:
- Trademarks (e.g., brand name or logo)
- Patents (e.g., inventions)
- Designs (e.g., unique product shape)
Users can check and track their application status to see if it is accepted, under review, or requires correction. All application forms (such as TM-1) and government fee lists are available within the portal.
Only registered accounts can access this portal.
To register:
- Enter your email or mobile number and password.
- Choose to receive the verification code via Email or SMS.
- Enter the code received to complete your registration.
Customer Part:
- Create an account with your mobile number or email.
- Log in to your account.
- Choose the type of application: Trademark / Patent / Design.
- Fill out the online form and upload any required documents.
- Submit the application.
- Check status anytime by logging into your account.
Main users: Business owners, legal firms, inventors, designers, and anyone looking to protect their brand, invention, or product design in Bangladesh.
Admin Portal:
Admins log in to the portal using their credentials to manage and monitor all application types submitted through the system.
- Track Applications: View and manage all submitted applications for Trademarks, Patents, and Designs.
- Status Monitoring: Check the status of each application (e.g., under review, pending payment, verified).
- Payment Verification: Identify which applications have completed the required government fee payment.
- Fraud Detection: Forward all paid applications to iPass for identity protection and fraud detection as part of the final verification process.
- Manage Forms & Fees: Control and update the available application forms (like TM- 1) and associated government fees for each application type.
